Material Formulation
Molded from 100% Virgin High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) compounded with UV stabilizers. Virgin polymer ensures consistent melt flow index (MFI), structural integrity, and long service life. Recycled resin blends are available upon request for non-load-critical secondary applications.

Manufacturing Process
Injection Molding: Produced on large-tonnage clamping injection molding machines (2,500t to 4,000t) using multi-stage high-pressure injection to ensure uniform wall thickness and eliminate internal voids.

Gas-Assisted Injection (Optional): Utilized in runner cores to enhance bending stiffness without adding excess unit weight.

Every production batch undergoes strict quality verification prior to dispatch:
Load Deflection Test: Sample pallets are subjected to maximum rated rack load for 24 hours to measure vertical deflection.

Drop Impact Testing: Drop-tested from 1.5 meters at -20 degrees C to verify cold-temperature impact resistance.

Melt Flow Index (MFI) & Density Verification: Ensures raw material consistency against ASTM D1238 standards.
