Q: What is the weight capacity of the folding box? Is it sturdy?
A: Our folding boxes are designed with high-strength plastic and reinforced structure, which has excellent load-bearing capacity. Please refer to the product specification sheet for specific load capacity values (static/dynamic). Used properly within the rated load capacity, the sturdiness is comparable to that of a traditional rigid case. Do not overload.
Q: Are the hinges at the folding area easy to break? What is the life expectancy?
A: The hinge is the key component of the folding box, we use special design and high quality material (e.g. PP copolymer) with excellent fatigue resistance and impact resistance. Under normal use (no overload, no violent operation), the hinge can withstand tens of thousands of times of opening and closing folding.
