With the rapid development of the logistics and warehousing industries, transportation methods are constantly evolving. To adapt to these diverse logistics and warehousing methods, we've evolved from plastic crates to a wide variety of crates in various sizes and specifications. In logistics and distribution, to save space and facilitate management and stacking, foldable and slotted crates have emerged. These two types of crates are quite similar in some respects.

Folding crates, also known as collapsible crates, are characterized by their ability to fold and store empty. Depending on the folding method, they can be categorized as either half-folding or inverted. When folded, their volume is reduced to 1/3-1/4 of their original size, significantly saving space.

Slotted crates, also known as nestable logistics crates, have a larger top opening than the bottom opening. This allows for interleaving and stacking between crates to save space.

Folding crates are widely used, for example in large supermarkets, shopping malls, and clothing stores. Plug-in containers are commonly used in industries such as machinery, home appliances, and electronics. Both offer excellent toughness, a long service life, and recyclability.

Both foldable and plug-in containers can be equipped with lids as needed. The biggest difference between these two types of containers is their appearance. Furthermore, they offer different space savings and are used in different areas and locations.
